Preference will be given to Indians, though all people are eligible, especially those from the global south." We will give them to those most in need and most deserving. Payments and registrations for reduced rate spots can only be completed once the course instructors have approved your application. This might take up to the end of July 2017 at the latest. We encourage you to also try to raise your own funds for the course which might enable you to pay the standard rate. We also strongly encourage all those who are financially comfortable to pay the standard rate, which enables us to make more reduced rate spots available to those who could not otherwise participate. Any profits from the course will go as a direct donation to IPC India 2017, helping to make the Conference and Convergence possible.
