Since its beginning, as early as 1984, each International Permaculture Convergence has been a self-funded non-profit event. Inviting all permaculturists as well as every person with a strong interest and involvement in building more sustainable livelihood, Aranya Agricultural Alternatives along with Friends of IPC and IPC Council are excited to contribute to the success of the event. As they say, the more, the merrier! We would be delighted to welcome you in this beautiful adventure to contribute to IPC India 2017’s success.
The theme of the IPC conference is “Towards Healthy Societies” with a special emphasis on women as agents of change. More than 1200 delegates from different parts of the globe will benefit from this event. It’s a unique opportunity to create a strong sense of community and share inspiring, accessible and applicable solutions to the numerous challenges we are facing together nowadays.
You can support the event in multifold ways:

Dear permaculture friends all over the world!
The International Permaculture Convergence in India is coming closer. For those who are intending to join us in November – the early bird tickets are available NOW!
To have a truly international event, that really represents permaculture as a whole, we need to support those participants who live in areas where they have no way of paying for a long distance trip like this from their general income.
We need your help to support delegates from developing countries to come to IPC India 2017.
Delegates who write an application to the IPCC (form available on the websites: http://ipcindia2017.org/scholarshipform.php or http://internationalpermacultureconvergence.org/) will get the early bird ticket price for the Conference and the Convergence.
Once you have collected your donations, please then send it to one of the following accounts. They will then make it available to the group booking tickets and making the practical arrangements:.

If a delegate gets part support from abroad or within their own country they have more chance to get support from the general funding.
The IPCC will do the ranking and inform all the funders about the result end of April/begin May 2017.
Then IPC India together with the FIPC and the IPCC will support the delegate with buying the flight tickets, the invitation letter for the Visa and the support in India after landing. The delegate needs to have the money to go to the airport in their country, to pay the Visa and some pocket money at least. We will not be able to send any money to the delegates.
