1. Which event(s) would you like to join?
The Conference and the Convergence are two distinct events. You will be able to choose in the registration form whether you want to attend one of the events or both.
Please know that Conference is open to all. You can participate in the Convergence if you have successfully completed a standard Permaculture Design Course (PDC) or are referred by a permaculture practitioner.
2. What are the requirements to apply as a Student?
To apply under the 'Student' category, you must be under 25 years of age and currently pursuing education in a bona fide educational institution. Along with your application, you will need to submit a copy of your current Student Card issued by your educational institution.
Your registration will be cancelled if you do not meet the criteria for application. If so, you will have the option to register as regular participant and pay the balance amount or you will be charged 25% cancellation fee.
Last date for application is July 31, 2017. Limited tickets are available.
3. What is the registration cost?
Please see the rate card below for detailed information about registration & accommodation fees. Meals during the event are included in the registration fee. Fee given in US dollars applies to International students while fee given in Indian rupees applies to Indian students. Registration fee is inclusive of Service Tax.
The sooner you register, you can avail relevant discount in fee as specified in the Early, Regular rates.
Indian students also have the option of paying the fees via NEFT or Demand Draft:

Cancellation and refunds are allowed in exceptional cases subject to deductions viz. service tax remitted to Government of India and payment gateway charges paid. Cancellation fee is 25% of the registration fee and accommodation amount, whichever applicable. The balance will be refunded in the participant's account in 15 days of cancellation.
4. What is the next step?
Once we receive the registration form (complete in all respects) and the fee is credited in the account, you will receive an email confirming your participation along with your Registration Number. Please quote this number in all subsequent communications. If you are coming from a foreign country, the IPC Office will email an invitation letter to you closer to the event that may be required for visa.
5. Miscellaneous information
The main language of sessions at the Conference and Convergence will be English. Translation facility in Hindi and Telugu will be provided in the Main Hall during the Conference.
