1. The Conference (25 - 26 Nov 2017) and Convergence (27 Nov - 02 Dec 2017) are two distinct events. Select the event/s you want to attend and register accordingly.
2. You can participate or volunteer in the Convergence if you have successfully completed a standard Permaculture Design Course (PDC) or are referred by a permaculture practitioner.
3. The main language of sessions at the Conference and Convergence will be English. Translation facility in Hindi and Telugu will be provided in the Main Hall during the Conference.
4. The following are details of the registration fee for both the events. Accommodation options and rates are provided separately. The Registration fees include meals during the events.
5. If you would like to bring your children along to the event, registration fee per child (3 to 12 years of age) is 50% of the fee for adults. If you require a separate bed for the child's accommodation, standard rates apply.

NOTE:
# The Conference dates are 25 - 26 Nov 2017. Two nights accommodation will include stay from 25 Nov morning to 27 Nov morning. Those who would like to arrive on the evening of 24 Nov 2017, have to pay accommodation cost for three days.
# # The accommodation for five nights is applicable for the participants attending the full Convergence. For participants opting for '3-day Convergence', the accommodation cost is calculated for three days. Participants attending the '3-day Convergence' can choose between 'Own tent' or 'Dormitory' options.
Additional guidelines for Students - Indian and International
1. To register as a 'Student', you need to first submit your application for registration. Once it is approved, you will be provided the guidelines for payment of fees.
2. You must be under 25 years of age and currently pursuing education in a bona fide educational institution. Along with your application, you will need to submit a copy of your current Identity Card issued by your educational institution.
3. Last date for application is 30 June 2017. Approved applicants must register within one month of approval of application. Limited tickets are available.
Additional guidelines for Volunteers - Indian and International
1. The Conference (25 - 26 Nov 2017) and Convergence (27 Nov - 02 Dec 2017) are two distinct events. You can apply and register as an event volunteer for only one of the two events.
2. You will be required to work for a four-hour shift during the event and full time for a specific number of days before the event.
3. Conference volunteers are required to report for volunteering from 23 Nov 2017 morning until the end of the event on 26 Nov 2017.
4. Convergence volunteers will need to arrive at the Convergence venue about 4 - 7 days in advance. In general, Convergence volunteers will not be able to attend the Conference.
5. If event volunteers are unable to reach on the reporting date, the registration as 'volunteer' will stand cancelled. They can then attend the event only by paying the balance fee for regular participation.
6. The two-day Conference (25 - 26 Nov 2017) is open to all for participation.
7. For the Convergence (27 Nov - 02 Dec 2017), you can participate or volunteer only if you have undergone a standard Permaculture Design Course (PDC) or are referred by a Permaculture practitioner.
8. Fill in the Volunteer Application Form first, under the Category of 'Volunteer'. Once your volunteering application is approved, you will be provided the guidelines for Registration.
